Comment ça marche

InMyLearning is a bilingual corporate Learning Management System for assigned employee training and compliance: admins build courses in a built-in slide editor, learners work through six lesson types, scored quizzes gate certificate issuance, and an analytics dashboard tracks completion across departments.

  1. Course authors use a built-in slide editor with drag-to-place text, shapes, images, video, and PDF elements on a fixed 16:9 canvas, with per-element animation and per-slide transitions and speaker notes.
  2. Learners move through six lesson types — slides, video, PDF, carousel, reading, and quiz — with progress saved per lesson and a single course progress percentage computed server-side.
  3. Quiz lessons are scored against a configurable passing threshold; on a passing attempt plus 100% lesson completion, a PDF certificate with a verification code is issued automatically.
  4. The analytics dashboard computes a real completion trend, department comparison, pass rate, and per-employee status breakdown from the underlying enrolment records.

Objectif

Most off-the-shelf LMS tools assume a company will import content built somewhere else. InMyLearning exists so a small HR or HSE team can author its own training — slides, videos, readings, quizzes — in one place, assign it to the right people, and prove completion with generated certificates and a real analytics dashboard.
