Digital Products

All products sold on inmydraft are digital goods delivered via instant download. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the source code has been downloaded or accessed.

When Refunds Are Considered

We may offer a refund in the following circumstances: the product you received is materially different from its description on the product page; the product contains a critical defect that prevents it from functioning as advertised and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe; or a duplicate purchase was made in error.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available if you simply changed your mind after purchase; if you lack the technical expertise to use the product; if you found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price; or if the product works as described but does not meet your specific custom requirements.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through the contact page within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order details, the product name, and a clear description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
