InMyCompany
A bilingual finance and operations system for small and medium enterprises — daily transactions, double-entry accounting, invoices, inventory, and reports in one place.
How it works
InMyCompany centralises the daily money and stock work of a small business — transactions, customer invoices, product inventory, double-entry bookkeeping, configurable tax estimates, and financial reports — so the owner stops running the company from scattered spreadsheets.
- Every income, expense, and transfer entered by the team feeds a real double-entry journal, so the ledger and trial balance stay balanced without manual reconciliation.
- Customer invoices and product stock are connected: marking an invoice paid posts the settlement to the right accounts, and shipping stock against an invoice updates inventory.
- Tax estimates are computed from the company's own configurable rates, clearly labelled as planning estimates rather than official filings, and surfaced on the dashboard and in reports.
- P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports are derived from the live trial balance, and the whole dataset can be imported or exported through Google Sheets.
Purpose
Small businesses usually run their daily money work across three or four disconnected spreadsheets, with the accounting copied in by hand at the end of each month. InMyCompany exists so a small team can enter a transaction once and have it show up correctly in the invoice register, the inventory count, the journal, and the financial reports without re-typing.
