InMyDraft is run by a single independent developer. This page describes exactly what data the website and the InMyDraft mobile app collect, why, where it goes, and how you can remove it.
Who is responsible
InMyDraft is operated by an individual developer based in Indonesia. For any privacy question, correction, or data request, contact hello.inmydraft@gmail.com. Requests are answered from that address.
Data you give us
Creating an account requires your name, email address, and a password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash and are never readable by us or recoverable in plain text. If you buy Pro or a draft, the payment provider also records the email address you enter at checkout.
Data collected automatically
When you sign in we store a session record containing a hashed session token, a hashed IP address, and a hashed browser or device identifier. These are one-way hashes used to show you your active devices and to detect abuse; they are not reversible into your real IP address. We also count page views and clicks on affiliate links in aggregate.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, calendar, or device files. We do not track you across other websites or apps. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising networks on InMyDraft.
AI features
When you use the AI workspace, the text and any files you attach are sent to OpenRouter, which routes the request to the model provider that answers it. Those providers process the content in order to generate a reply. Do not paste secrets, credentials, or other people's personal data into the AI workspace. We store your conversations so you can return to them, and you can delete them.
Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (SumoPod and Midtrans). Card numbers, bank credentials, and wallet details are entered on their systems and never reach InMyDraft's servers. We receive only the order status, the amount, and the email address used for the purchase, so we can grant access and answer support questions.
Where data is stored
Account data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database, and uploaded or purchasable files are stored on the application server. Both are hosted with infrastructure providers that may operate outside your country. Access is limited to the operator of InMyDraft.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Session records expire automatically. Payment records are kept for accounting and dispute handling even after an account is deleted, but with the identifying details removed.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the Account page on the web at inmydraft.com/en/account, or from the Account tab inside the mobile app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, sessions, saved items, download history, AI conversations, and any remaining Pro access are removed. Payment records are kept but are no longer linked to you. If you cannot sign in, email hello.inmydraft@gmail.com from the address on the account and the deletion will be done for you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request from the email address registered on the account so we can confirm it is really you.
Children
InMyDraft is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and it will be removed.
Changes to this policy
If the way data is handled changes in a way that affects you, this page is updated and the date below changes with it. Continuing to use InMyDraft after an update means the revised policy applies.
