تفترض معظم أدوات التعلم أن التقدم يحدث عن طريق الاستهلاك. قم بتمرير دروس كافية، يعتقدون، وسيأتي الفهم. في الممارسة، يصل المتعلمون غالبًا إلى نهاية دورة دون القدرة على فعل الشيء الذي تتحدث عنه الدورة.
